Job stress

Do you have job stress? It’s either an easy question to answer or a tough one. What does your answer depend on—what you do, how much you get paid, who your co-workers are, how your boss treats you, or something else? Depending on how you answer the question, really can indicate your level of job stress but is there something you can do about it?

Job satisfaction is a huge driver for success, no matter where you work or what you do. If you have job satisfaction then most of the unnecessary stress will go away. Personally, I’ve been most successful when I enjoy what I do and get recognized for my efforts. Does that mean I don’t have stress? Of course not but it does mean that I am able to manage it better via exercise, travel, hiking or another fun activity. If you find that happiness nugget in your job, job stress will be reduced.

Stay well!
